Customising

If you meet certain criteria, you may be able to customise the descriptions of your home or shop through the use of the RMEDIT command.

The criteria to use this command is as follows:

  • Their donation level must be over $25.00
  • They must be the owner of the room they are trying to edit
  • They must have 25 RPP available to spend

Each time the room is saved, 250 RPP is deducted from the character. This command enables you to edit both the room description and the room title. It also allows you to view the room owner, rent and the number of rooms set on the house.

Guidelines for use:

  • Spell check your descriptions
  • Keep descriptions over 3 lines in length
  • Format your descriptions
  • Keep colour use to a minimum

Rules for use:

Do not describe the room to be more than what it should be. For example, describing a hut as a mansion, or describing a room that has a dirt floor as having a wooden floor.

Do not include objects in the description that should not be there and have not been paid for. For example, describing the room as having a four poster oak bed without an object in the room to represent it. Any abuse of this command will result in the ability to use it being removed.
